200 1, CSARA Chinese College Aerobics Rhythmic Gymnastics Association introduced skill cheerleading from the United States to China. In the same year, the Association held the first National Cheerleading Competition for College Students in Guangzhou, which was an unprecedented success, enabling hundreds of millions of young people in China to enjoy the infinite fun brought by cheerleading. Since then, China Cheerleading has been launched in China.

The China Student Cheerleading Championship is a competition representing the highest level of skill cheerleading in China, which has been held for five times so far.
