All schools should establish and improve the working mechanism of joint prevention and control in schools, and all towns and villages should set up special classes for resumption of classes, which are headed by the person in charge of the school district and composed of health, market supervision and public security departments. All relevant departments should further raise awareness, arrange special personnel, cooperate closely and take the initiative to perform their duties.
