On May 1 day, Shanghai spent several years fully preparing for the official opening of the World Expo. Shanghai welcomes guests from all over the world with open arms. July 1 day was fortunate to be a visitor to the Expo site.
The World Expo has a history of 160 years since its establishment, and has been held for 4 1 sessions. This is my first visit to China. The World Expo is actually a large-scale international exhibition. Countries use this opportunity to show their culture, science and technology, history and so on. And promote the tourism of your country and show its future development, that is, carry out an advertising campaign for your country, so that experts can see the doorway and outsiders can see it.
I stayed in the Expo Park for more than ten hours that day, and visited four pavilions, namely, the China Provincial and Municipal Joint Pavilion, the Japanese Pavilion, the Pakistani Pavilion and the Pacific Island Pavilion.
The first venue I entered was the pacific alliance Pavilion, which contained booths of more than a dozen small Pacific island countries. The content of the booth is basically based on tourism promotion, and the island scenery and special products are publicized with physical objects and display screens, and people are welcome to visit.
The second venue to visit is Pakistan Pavilion. The main theme of Pakistan Pavilion is to promote China-Pakistan friendship, show cities and introduce national celebrities. In the exhibition hall, they also sell some stone tableware and hand-woven carpets made in their country.
The third venue to visit is the China Provincial and Municipal Joint Pavilion, which is also the largest pavilion in the Expo. More than 30 provinces in China, Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin have set up independent exhibition halls. Each exhibition hall shows the local classic human geography and culture to the maximum extent, and uses a lot of high technology, such as: Beijing takes the Olympic Games as the theme, Shaanxi is built into an ancient capital, Heilongjiang makes people feel the world of ice and snow, and the new Leixiao Mountain makes people feel like they are in Tianshan Mountains and orchards. The Hunan Pavilion, with the theme of Peach Blossom Garden and two circular jade belts, is the most imaginative pavilion in the joint pavilion, constantly flowing with the beautiful scenery of various cities and landscapes in Hunan.
However, when I went to the Japan Pavilion, it was already past eight o'clock in the evening. I wanted to see it during the day, but I chickened out, because it takes courage to stand behind thousands of people outside. When I was preparing to leave the garden at night, I passed by and saw that there was no one waiting in line outside, so I ran over and thought it was a great bargain. As a result, there were thousands of people queuing in the museum, and it took more than an hour to enter the exhibition area on the second floor. This exhibition is mainly to publicize their high-tech and environmental protection efforts, and at the same time, the two hosts told the story of Zhu (an endangered bird that has returned to nature through the joint efforts of China and Japan) with a lot of high technology. The theme of the story is that China and Japan cooperate to care for nature and save the environment; Then there will be a ten-minute performance, which is a Kunqu opera performance. I can't figure out why China's local operas should be performed in the Japan Pavilion, instead of geisha, Hefei and other small Japanese performances. It is such a tens of minutes of medical treatment that people have to queue for hours, just one word: unfair! Although no one will queue up for the second time after reading it (except mental illness), I believe this arrangement will still be made every day, because different people come to visit the Expo Park every day.
It's past eleven o'clock at night (the park closes at twelve o'clock at night). Take a ferry from Pudong exhibition area to Puxi exhibition area and then go home. The night view of the Expo Park is very beautiful. Sitting on the ferry on the river, the rice red in the exhibition areas on both sides of Puxi, Pudong reflects each other, and bundles of ever-changing and swaying color beams shoot into the sky, which is beautiful, and the fatigue of the day can be temporarily forgotten. I hope this beautiful scenery will always belong to Shanghai, a wonderful World Expo and a prosperous China!
