In recent years, thanks to the advantages of policy support, technological innovation and large scale, China has cultivated the world's largest new energy vehicle market and new energy vehicle industry. The establishment of a new pattern of national dual-cycle development in 2020 will usher in a new opportunity for the global development of China automobile, and new energy vehicles will become an important breakthrough.

However, with the efforts of foreign brands mainly from Germany and Japan in the field of new energy, while China's new energy vehicles are still mainly domestic, the golden window period of "going out" has been compressed, the global influence of high-end new energy vehicle products is small, and key technologies or resources such as chips and cobalt resources depend on imports, which hinders the global development of China's new energy vehicle industry.

Therefore, the representative of Wang Fengying suggested:

1. Formulate the global development plan of China's new energy automobile industry for 5- 10 years;

The second is to support the global development of enterprises with independent innovation ability in the field of new energy vehicles;

Third, build an independent global supply chain system to enhance the overall "going out" strength of new energy vehicles;

Fourth, expand international economic and trade cooperation to drive enterprises to win-win;

Create a healthy environment for the development of hydrogen energy industry and accelerate the marketization of fuel cell vehicles.

In order to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in peak carbon dioxide emissions in 2030 and 2060, and ensure national energy security, China needs to develop automobile hydrogen energy industry, carry out demonstration operation of fuel cell vehicles, and increase the proportion of hydrogen production from renewable energy, so as to accelerate the promotion of low-carbon emission reduction.

However, the strategic positioning of China's hydrogen energy industry is still unclear, the supporting policies are imperfect, the management of hydrogen refueling stations is absent, the hydrogen energy supply system for vehicles is not perfect, the autonomy of key materials and parts is not enough, and the whole vehicle manufacturing and high hydrogen price hinder the industrialization process. In order to support the large-scale demonstration application of fuel cell vehicles, China urgently needs to solve various problems exposed by industrial development.

Therefore, the representative of Wang Fengying suggested:

First, formulate the national top-level design of hydrogen energy and improve standards and regulations;

The second is to guide and increase the investment in basic scientific research of hydrogen fuel cells and break through the technical bottleneck of core materials and key components;

Third, accelerate the industrialization ability of fuel cell vehicles and encourage various means to reduce the promotion cost;

Fourth, strengthen the overall planning of high-quality resources and optimize the industrial development environment.

Coordination mechanism, promote the revision of laws and regulations, and accelerate the commercialization of intelligent networked vehicles
