Fuyang, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province, was called Ruyin, Shunchang and Yingzhou in ancient times. Located in the Yangtze River Delta, the northwest of Anhui Province and the southern end of North China Plain.

Fuyang paper-cut, Yingshang Flower Drum Lantern and Jieshou painted pottery are listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list, and the bronze ware Dragon and Tiger Zun unearthed in Funan County is listed as one of the top ten national treasures in China.
