3. Unified management of rural statistics. All reports or statistical data submitted to the superior must be audited by the statistical workstation and stamped with the official seal, otherwise it will be invalid.

4. Unified management of rural reports. All statistical statements sent to villagers' committees, township enterprises and other enterprises and institutions without the approval of the higher statistical departments or statistical workstations are illegal, and grass-roots units have the right to refuse to fill in.

5. Do a good job in rural statistical infrastructure. Organize, lead and improve the simple sampling survey of rural agricultural output and farmers' income; Collect, sort out and compile statistical data, and improve the account of rural statistical historical data; Train grassroots statistical cadres, organize competitions and commend advanced units and statisticians.
