The new semester also kicked off in the bright spring in March. Standing at the new starting point of the new semester, I can't help feeling a lot when I look back on the class work in the past semester.

Generally speaking, last semester's class activities were lively. Whether it's the trekking in Juntong Mountain or the picnic in the orchard, whether it's the eagerness of the freshman cup debate or the cheers of the freshman sports meeting, whether it's the intense basketball game or the relaxed New Year's Day garden, whether it's the frank meeting of the "round table" or the warmth of the dormitory friendship ... Behind the colorful activities, it reflects the cohesion of the whole class and is full of students' expectations and enthusiasm for college life. Therefore, looking back on the past semester, I generally feel that the life of the class is still very substantial. Among them, there are not only continuous group activities that allow each student to have a platform to show themselves, discover themselves and participate in group activities, but also relatively sufficient time for private control and communication. Therefore, from the private conversation with my classmates, I can always feel their support and overall affirmation of class work, and feel everyone's satisfaction with their college life and their expectations for the new semester.

But behind some achievements, as a class committee, we always feel the responsibility and pressure on our shoulders, and we are afraid of disappointing our classmates' expectations and trust. We are always reflecting on whether our work can really meet the real needs of our classmates to the greatest extent, whether there will be loopholes in our thinking and whether it will delay everyone's time.

So, in constant self-reflection, at the beginning of the new semester, all members of the class committee and the Youth League branch began to calm down, seriously discuss the plan for the new semester and put forward some ideas. Although it is still immature, we still try to outline the expectations of the class Committee and the League branch for the new school year more clearly, which is conducive to the macro grasp of the whole semester.

Now I'll talk about the work plan for the new semester with reference to the results of collective discussion:

1. Further clarify the orientation of the class committee and strive to serve everyone.

"Service" is the basic and necessary consciousness of the class committee, which must further clarify the sense of service and serve the whole class wholeheartedly. The class committee should not only cooperate with all the work in the hospital to make it in place, but also actively use its brains to start with all the details, strengthen class contact, expand emotional communication, enhance flight cohesion, and build a United, harmonious and friendly class group. With a preliminary idea, you can take the following measures:

(1) Hold class meetings from time to time to talk about topics of general interest. Strive to establish a good and harmonious democratic atmosphere in which everyone actively expresses their opinions and participates in class construction, so as to make class work transparent and make class activities more representative of the wishes of most students.

(2) Set up a class blog to attract the whole class to participate. This blog can be used as a platform to express each student's voice, a bridge to enhance students' communication and understanding, and a diary for the growth of our class. After the blog is opened, the whole class will be responsible for management (or the class committee will take the lead). Every student can write down what he wants to say, post interesting photos, record interesting stories in daily life, share his opinions with you, and also express his opinions and participate in class affairs. In a word, this blog is the home of the class online. At the same time, the class committee can grasp the situation of the whole class, understand the needs of students, and better serve the class. 2. On the basis of soliciting opinions extensively, while doing a good job in learning, actively think about and plan a series of activities with class characteristics. The specific ideas are as follows:

(1). Organize group fitness activities and advocate morning exercises. Healthy body is the guarantee of normal study and life, and its importance is self-evident, but it is often ignored by everyone. The new semester has begun. I hope the students can exercise together and add points to their health.

Morning exercises can not only enhance physical fitness and add points to health, but also provide a more vivid and relaxed stage for communication between classmates, especially boys and girls. At the same time, if the planning is excellent, this activity will undoubtedly become the highlight and feature of the class, and its experience can be promoted throughout the university.

After discussion, it is preliminarily planned to organize a class morning exercise group to practice different projects every week. The main sport is middle and long distance running. At the same time, take the dormitory as the activity unit and try to mobilize the whole class to participate. Take "persistence" as the slogan and "hard work" as the belief, so that students can actively participate.

The concrete and feasible detailed scheme is under discussion, and it is hoped that it can be officially launched after the weather gets warmer.

(2) Hold a dialect contest: divide the class into seven or eight groups in each province, and each group will interpret some classic film and television dramas or sketches in its own dialect, either novel or funny, and perform strange styles, so as to strengthen understanding among provinces, understand local culture and bring laughter to students.

(3) Strengthen the communication of study and life between classes. Regularly invite the brothers and sisters of grades 04 and 05 to teach their study and life experience in Fada, help students better understand Fada and sociology, and strive to establish a convenient channel for students to learn and communicate with their brothers and sisters.

(4) Sociology class carries out interesting sports competitions and interesting knowledge competitions. The specific sports of the sports meeting can be classic games such as three people and four feet, passing, origami, etc., as well as some novel and fun tours; Knowledge contest can be an encyclopedia of life, or even ten brain teasers. Generally, it is held on weekends, which can enhance the contact between students and promote the feelings between students.

(5) If conditions permit, try to organize some social practice activities outside the school on the basis of wide recognition. For example, we can do some surveys on people's livelihood in a planned way to let students experience society; Organize everyone to visit some distinctive social places, such as juvenile detention centers, orphanages and gay bars, so that everyone can have a chance to see various social groups; Organize other popular activities, such as "holding a group" and even performance art, to increase the experimental and interesting college life.

6. Take the time to organize a spring outing in the near future, find a suitable time and place, and try to organize all the staff to participate, hoping to strengthen communication in the joy and relaxation of the spring outing.

Of course, the premise of organizing various activities is that the class committee should first try its best to do its job well and provide the greatest convenience for everyone's study and life.

Admittedly, the semester has just begun, and many things are unpredictable. It may be too early to make plans now. However, we will try our best to make a detailed plan and try our best to implement all the activities, so that the new semester will be more colorful under our planning.
