The bakery is suspected of illegally using non-degradable plastic products, which violates the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes. Law enforcement officers educated the parties concerned, ordered them to correct their illegal acts, and imposed a fine of 6,543,800 yuan.
