The following embodiments are proposed:

I. Guiding ideology

Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, we should conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee, adhere to the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, take party member's vanguard and exemplary role as the starting point and the end result, fully implement the service commitment system in party member in accordance with the general requirements of "five excellences" and "five firsts", strive to establish a system for party member to contact and serve the masses, educate and guide party member to enhance the concept of party spirit, adhere to the party's purpose, and closely contact the masses to play a vanguard and exemplary role.

The content of the commitment is combined with its own reality and work characteristics, closely surrounding the hot and difficult issues that the masses are most concerned about, the most direct and the most realistic, reflecting the wishes of the masses, meeting the needs of the masses, and ensuring the effectiveness of the commitment.

According to the requirement of "being a pioneer and setting an example", party member strives to create a bright spot every year and promises to do at least 1 practical work for the masses and teachers every year.

Leading cadres make great efforts to strengthen the construction of ideological style, study style, work style, leadership style and life style, and make commitments mainly from the aspects of ideals and beliefs, political stance, purpose concept, organizational principles, establishing Scientific Outlook on Development and correct power concept, administration according to law, honesty and self-discipline. Party member, an ordinary cadre and worker, made a commitment in terms of ideological style, work attitude, work objectives, organizational discipline, professional ethics and law-abiding. According to the requirement of "never fading after retirement and never quitting the Party", retired party member has given full play to the role of "mentoring" and made commitments in taking the lead in publicizing the Party's policies, making suggestions for the development of education, and caring for the growth of the next generation.

Focusing on the development of education and the progress of school education and teaching, party member has strengthened the study of the Party's educational line, principles and policies, constantly enriched his theoretical level, strengthened the Party's belief, consciously strengthened the change of outlook on life, world outlook and values, based on his post, made efforts to strengthen the study of educational theory, constantly opened up educational research fields and continuously improved the quality of education and teaching. Correct teaching style, abide by school rules and discipline, establish a good image of teachers' morality, and play an exemplary role among teachers.

Party organizations should take the performance of commitments and the record of workbooks as an important part of the annual assessment of grass-roots party organizations and the democratic appraisal of party member, and ensure that the commitments are truly implemented through monthly self-assessment, quarterly inspection, semi-annual notification and year-end assessment.
