Five, heavy lifting safety technical measures:
1, when lifting and handling operations, the person in charge of safety must be designated for unified command, and all construction personnel should pay attention, and it is forbidden to laugh and play, so as to ensure the safety in the construction process.
2. All personnel involved in the construction are not allowed to drink before work. They must be familiar with the working environment on site carefully. Everyone should choose an escape space or route under unsafe conditions according to their respective division of labor.
3. The hoisting machinery, tools, fixtures and ropes (lassos) shall be inspected and tested regularly as required. Before each use, the person in charge of construction and the person in charge of safety shall conduct a careful inspection together. Unqualified ones are strictly prohibited. After the inspection, the construction log should be filled in for inspection.
4. Before selecting the lifting point, the weight of the lifting point must be calculated, and then the lifting point should be selected reasonably according to the specific situation of the site. The lifting anchor point must be able to bear more than 2 times the pulling force of the largest object in all lifting objects.
5. In the case of using anchor rod as the lifting point, the lifting point must meet the following requirements: it must be fixed on the special anchor rod set on the roadway roof (the anchor rod specification is φ 16 * 1850mm resin torsion-resistant round steel anchor rod, each one uses 2 resin cartridges, and the anchoring force is not less than 6 tons). When using steel shed or I-beam as lifting point, the connecting part of steel shed or I-beam must be checked to ensure the lifting safety.
6. When lifting heavy objects with chain block, first check the strength and stability of the lifting beam (frame) or the lifting anchor point. When lifting heavy objects, the person in charge of safety must monitor the state of lifting points or beams (frames). If there is any abnormality, immediately stop the operation and deal with it. Work can only be carried out after safety is confirmed.
7, all kinds of hoist (manual, electric) single lifting weight shall not exceed 80% of the specified value (applicable to vertical angle). All kinds of gourds must be inspected for wear and good condition before use, and trial hoisting should be carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of gourds during use. Single chain operation is strictly prohibited during use. During lifting operation, it is required to use corresponding rope buckles or other special tools to fix the hoisted object, and then use the hook to lift it. When pulling the small chain, both hands should exert force evenly, and it is not allowed to be too fast. When the main chain is stuck, it must be stuck with the card and handled in time. Forced pulling is strictly prohibited. When lifting heavy objects need to remain suspended, the small chain should be tied to the big chain by hand.
8. Before lifting an object, the lifting point must be selected reasonably according to the shape and weight of the object to ensure the center of gravity and stability of the lifted object. If a single lifting device can't meet the lifting requirements of the weight of the object, the large-scale equipment should be reasonably divided into several parts, and the reasonable lifting device and spreader should be selected according to the weight, volume and shape of the object.
9, in any case, it is forbidden to use the weight of the human body to balance the lifted weight. Don't stand on heavy objects for lifting. When lifting, you can't stand under the weight (below), under the boom or in front of the movement of the weight, you can only stand on the side of the weight to work. It is forbidden to directly correct the lifting ropes and slings tightened by heavy objects by hand.
10, gradually tighten the lifting rope, make the object slightly off the ground, and try to lift it. Check the balance of the object to ensure that the binding is not loose and the lifting tools and machinery are in good condition. If there is any abnormality, stop lifting immediately and put the object back on the ground for processing.
1 1. The movable part of the hoisted object must be reliably fixed or lifted separately. After lifting, the lifting object should be placed stably, and it is not allowed to press on the pipeline or block the roadway, and then the spreader should be removed.
12, when hoisting large pieces, try hoisting 1-2 times, and then carry out formal hoisting operation after confirming its reliability; The angle between the lifting chain and the vertical line shall not exceed 12 degrees. When lifting obliquely, anti-reverberation measures must be taken for large pieces or personnel should avoid the possible reverberation range of large pieces.
13, when lifting heavy objects by manpower, there should be a special person under unified command, and Qi Xin should shout slogans together to prevent personal injury or equipment damage. All personnel should ensure mutual insurance and independence.
14, other matters shall be carried out in strict accordance with relevant regulations such as "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", "Coal Mine Safety Technical Operation Regulations" and "Coal Mine Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Integrity Standard".
