In order to fully implement quality education, vigorously promote curriculum reform, promote the balanced development of students, and continuously improve the quality of education, our school decided to implement the teaching mode of group education in all classes. In order to ensure this work is standardized and orderly, the implementation plan of class collective construction is specially formulated.
First, the grouping principle
1, the principle of "balance" means that each group is equal in academic performance, ability level and extracurricular activities. The number of male and female students in each study group should also be as balanced as possible. Students help each other, communicate deeply, and get positive learning emotional experience accordingly; At the same time, it is also conducive to balanced distribution, full discussion among all groups and competition among all groups under the same conditions.
2, timely adjustment principle. A study group is not fixed after it is determined, and it can be adjusted according to the situation when necessary. This change includes not only the adjustment of team members and learning leaders, but also the changes of group name, rules, training and development goals of the group. Only timely adjustment can ensure the orderly and continuous development of group learning.
Second, the method of group formation.
1, the ratio of male to female should be moderate.
We must pay attention to the gender collocation of members in the group, that is, the proportion of male and female students should be properly allocated. This has several advantages:
The first is the complementarity of thinking. Under normal circumstances, boys have better abstract thinking, dare to think and do, and their thinking has made a big leap; Girls think better in images; Male students are careless and female students are careful. This combination of boys and girls will make them complement each other in all aspects of their work.
The second is to facilitate competition. Group learning is both competition and cooperation. If the ratio of male to female is appropriate, teachers can hold a competition between boys and girls on the basis of group evaluation to stimulate and mobilize students' initiative to the maximum extent.
2. Students' personalities should be complementary.
When grouping, teachers should pay attention to students' personality differences, especially in open classes. If the extroverted and introverted students don't cooperate well, the students in the group can't cooperate well in the class, so that each group can compete for the opportunity of performance. Therefore, the teacher must evenly distribute the extroverted students to the group weaving. Only in this way can extroverted students drive introverted students to get better promotion. As a teacher, you should constantly guide your classmates so that they can fully show themselves in class and show their bright side. Only by showing it will you be promoted, because then you will be promoted continuously.
Third, the combination of dominant disciplines and weak disciplines.
Group teaching helps students help each other, so as class teachers, we should pay more attention to ranking. In the same group, it is necessary to have leaders in mathematics, English, physics and other subjects, and not all of them are partial to a certain subject, otherwise it will easily lead to no communication and no excellent student guidance when helping. Teachers should make reasonable fine-tuning for each group of students according to their academic achievements, which is more convenient for help and communication.
I divided the students in my class into five groups, and chose the excellent group leader. The group leader is generally a student with excellent academic performance, extroverted personality and certain leadership and organizational skills.
4. Conduct regular training for team leaders and team members, and invite teachers as tutors to realize student-student interaction and teacher-student interaction.
Fourth, the cultural construction of the group.

When the group leader leads the group members to decide the group name and slogan, he should guide the students to come up with a positive and creative name around the mainstream culture or concept of the school, which is conducive to rallying people's hearts and forming group goals and team spirit.

After the group leader organizes the discussion among the group members, he formulates the individual learning goals of the group and the overall learning goals and development goals of the group team. And what level each team should reach in the class, so that the goal is clear and definite for everyone.
