Why is my apache port 8 1 accessible, but I can't access it if I change it to port 80?
In addition to IIS and Apache, the default port is 80, and many other softwares will also occupy 80 ports, typically Thunder. Open Thunder and select "Configure" in the toolbar above. When you go in, you can see that it is also port 80.

Solution: When the machine restarts, just run IIS or Apache first. If you run it later, other programs will occupy the port and the server will not run.

You can change the port, 8 1, 82, and you don't have to rob that 80 port.

I am the same as you, dual server, using 8 1 and 82 ports respectively!
