There are seven kinds of people in the grid: grid administrator, grid coordinator, grid supervisor, grid policeman, grid party branch secretary, grid judicial team and grid fireman, who undertake social services and social management affairs in the grid.

Serious standards for grid workers:

1, earnestly perform the duties of "liaison officer". Grid administrator is the concrete implementer of grid management, who undertakes the task of reaching the community, office and contacting community residents, and acts as the liaison between community residents, offices and communities.

2. Seriously perform the duties of "information officer". Grid administrators should be familiar with and master the basic information such as registered population, permanent population, floating population and commercial outlets in the grid area under their jurisdiction. Report the basic information in the grid to the community website administrator regularly and timely, ensure that the basic information in the database is true and accurate, and be a good information officer in community work.
