3. Personal leave exceeds 30 days in one year; Sick leave accumulated for three months; If the rest days reach my annual leave days, I will no longer enjoy the annual leave treatment of that year.
4. Unmarried policemen and workers who have enjoyed family leave in accordance with the regulations in that year, and married policemen and workers who enjoy family leave in accordance with the regulations, will no longer arrange annual leave. If the annual leave has been taken in that year and the number of days of leave is less than the family leave, you can make up the leave. Female police officers and workers ask for maternity leave or family planning operation leave, while male police officers and workers ask for family planning operation leave and nursing leave, and they can still enjoy annual leave.

(The stipulation that "you can't live together and stay together on public holidays" in the treatment of family leave refers to the situation that you can't stay at home for one night and rest for half a day on public holidays).
(2) Visiting relatives holiday
1. Unmarried policemen and workers are given leave once a year to visit their parents for 20 days;
2. When the police and employees visit their spouses, they are given family leave once a year, with a holiday of 30 days;
3. Married policemen and employees who visit their parents take a vacation every four years, with a vacation of 20 days. Both husband and wife are only children. If parents, in-laws and in-laws live in different places, they can choose to visit their parents or in-laws once every four years.
4. The round-trip travel expenses paid by the police and employees when visiting relatives can be reimbursed according to relevant regulations. If the travel expenses are less than 30% of the monthly standard salary, I will take care of myself, and the excess will be reimbursed by some bureaus.
5. Those who have taken home leave will no longer enjoy annual leave.
Fourth, marriage leave.
Police officers and workers who have gone through the marriage formalities according to legal procedures can take five days' marriage leave, and those who get married late can increase their marriage leave by ten days.

Eight. Situation description
1. Public holidays and statutory holidays during the annual leave, marriage leave and funeral leave of police and employees are not included in the days of holiday calculation. Holidays and legal holidays during family leave, maternity leave and nursing leave are all counted as days.
2. If you can't take a rest or annual leave due to work needs, you should arrange compensatory time off in time.
3. The wages and benefits of the police during the vacation period are the same as those during the on-the-job period.
4. All units shall not arrange police to work overtime for reasons such as busy work, heavy tasks and insufficient manpower, and shall not pay duty subsidies and overtime wages instead of compensatory time off.
5. When the police encounter urgent tasks or special circumstances during their leave, they should immediately stop their leave and arrange compensatory leave in due course.
