Xinjin District of Chengdu, located in the south of Chengdu, is an important part of Tianfu New District of Sichuan, and the whole area is included in the "southern extension" area of Chengdu. Xinjin covers an area of 330 square kilometers with a total population of 390,000. It has been named 1 since the Northern Zhou Dynasty, with a history of more than 450 years. In ancient times, it was known as "the first stop of the Southern Silk Road", "the first scene of Rongcheng South Road" and "the scenic spot on the West Sichuan River". The area is mainly shallow hills and terrace plains. Geologically, the plain belongs to Chengdu Cenozoic fault depression, and Muma Mountain and Changqiu Mountain in the southeast and southwest are shallow hills and platforms, which belong to Longquan Mountain fold fault bundle.
