In the stage of scale expansion and group operation (1994 ~1996)1994, the first enterprise group in the domestic low-voltage electrical appliance industry was established. With capital as the link, market as the guide, products as the leader, brands as the center and horizontal combination, enterprises will develop rapidly. During the transitional period from collectivization to holding (group) company (1997 ~ 2002)1July 2, 9971day, with the approval of the people's government of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Zheng Tai Electric Co., Ltd., the first standardized joint-stock company in the group, was established. Taking this opportunity, we will transform the enterprises affiliated to the Group into joint-stock companies, set up joint-stock companies and limited liability companies, develop enterprises according to the requirements of modern enterprise system, and March towards international enterprises. In the leap-forward stage (from 2003 to now), the goal of "building an international electrical manufacturing base" has been established, and a "Yangtze River Delta layout" has been gradually formed, with Liushi as the manufacturing base for low-voltage instruments and building electrical appliances, Shanghai as the manufacturing base for high-voltage power transmission and distribution equipment, Jiaxing as the supporting equipment base for power transmission and distribution, and Hangzhou as the production base for industrial automation and solar energy. Independent innovation has become the main theme of enterprise development, with more than 200 patents at home and abroad, leading and participating in the formulation of more than 30 industry standards.
