1 986165438+1October1The Naval Bengbu NCO School was founded on the basis of the former Second Naval Aviation Maintenance School. This is the first school in New China that specializes in training naval noncommissioned officers, and it is also one of the two noncommissioned officers schools founded by the whole army. Comrade Zhang Aiping, former Minister of National Defense, wrote the name of the school in his own handwriting.

This school belongs to the navy. After all previous institutional adjustments, the current establishment level is the official level. The school implements a three-level management system of school, department (grass-roots department, brigade) and room (team). The organization consists of training department, political department and school affairs department, and 1 basic department, 5 professional departments, 5 student brigades, 1 rotation training team and 9 directly affiliated units (detachments).
