I. Application conditions

(3) Matters needing attention in registration and qualification examination
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) photos bareheaded, with the format of jpg and the size not exceeding 20Kb. The college conducts the audit according to the information provided by the candidates. Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.
2. According to the number of people who passed the preliminary qualification examination, there is no proportion of positions in Table A; The proportion of post examination in post table B is 1:3. Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
Examination method: post a: a1-a12 is a trial lecture; Position b: b1-b28 trial lecture and interview; B29—B32 post is used for operation skill test and trial lecture.
(1) Qualification examination
Before each post begins, candidates need to be qualified and checked for relevant materials, mainly including: original and photocopy of ID card, original and photocopy of academic degree certificate (academic degree certificate obtained abroad must be certified by China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education) and other materials required for post qualification. Candidates with job codes of B 1, B2, B9, B 1 1 should provide relevant information about their research direction, mainly including published papers and master's graduation thesis.
Those who fail the review, fail to participate in the qualification review within the time limit, and can not get in touch with the candidates according to the contact information provided by them, will be disqualified from the trial lecture and operation skill test.
The list of people who enter the trial lecture and operation skill test will be published on the website of Jiangsu Vocational College of Safety Technology.
(2) Trial lecture, interview and operation skill test.
The trial lecture mainly tests the candidates' professional teaching ability, and the judges evaluate the candidates' classroom teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching organization and teaching effect. The specific teaching methods will be published on the college website. Try to give a full score of 100, and the qualified line is 60. The presiding judge shall notify the candidates of the results of the trial on the spot. Position b1-b28 Among those who have passed the audition, the interviewers are determined within the range of 1:3 of the number of candidates to be employed in each recruitment position in the order from high score to low score.
The interview mainly tests the comprehensive ability and quality of the candidates suitable for the post, and the interview is conducted in accordance with the interview method formulated by Jiangsu Safety Technology Vocational College. Specific interview methods will be announced on the college website. The total interview score is 100, and the qualified line is 60. The interview results will be notified to the candidates on the spot by the presiding judge.
The operation skill examination shall be conducted in accordance with the measures formulated by Jiangsu Vocational College of Safety Technology. The specific examination methods will be published on the college website. Candidates will be informed of the test results of operational skills on the spot. The total score of the operation skill test is 100, and the passing line is 60. For positions B29—B32, among those who have passed the operation skill test, the lecturer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position in the order from high score to low score.
(3) Total score
The test result of POSA1—A12 is the final result; The final score of post B1-B28 is calculated according to the proportion of 50% of the trial lecture score and 50% of the interview score; The final score of post B29—B32 is calculated according to the proportion of 50% of the test score of operation skills and 50% of the trial score.
Fourth, employment.
After the examination, according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination will be determined from high score to low score. The physical examination standard is implemented according to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and meets the requirements of physical examination for teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province. When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified medical examination, no replacement personnel will participate in the medical examination.
The college will organize an inspection for those who pass the medical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be hired according to the results of the inspection and medical examination. The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days. The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, post name, name of the person to be employed, current work or study unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the employing unit shall handle relevant employment procedures and sign employment contracts with them. After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished. The probation period shall be implemented for the employed personnel. The probation period for the first hired employee is 12 months, and the probation period for other hired employees is 6 months. After the probation period expires, they will be hired for grading. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.
