Sleeping magic lamp used to be responsible for the rural parade, but now it is sponsored by enterprises or non-governmental organizations and has become one of the representative festivals in Japan.
People from all walks of life have different opinions about the source of the sandman sacrifice. The main statement is: Because Aomori Prefecture is hot in summer, people are prone to fatigue and laziness. The festival is to make everyone full of energy in summer, drive away the sandman, put all their energy into their work and get a bumper harvest.
What is a "sandman"? In fact, it is a huge lantern float weighing 4 tons, with characters and ghosts in myths, history or Japanese legends.
2. Custom
During the festival, there will be a variety of large sand lanterns with more than 20 seats, which are made with kabuki or historical myths as the theme. Haneda dancers dressed in colorful costumes, as well as accompaniment bands of piccolo and Taigu, * * * took part in the Sandman Festival parade. In the evening, a parade of sandman lanterns was held at sea in cooperation with the fireworks convention.

4. Check the location and mode of transportation
Blue Ocean Park next to ASPAM (Anfang 2- 1, Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture). Take JR to Aomori Station and walk for about 8 minutes. Every year from spring to summer, the park will also build a large Sandman lantern to make a hut for the Aomori Sandman Festival and participate in the parade.

During the festival, there will be a parade on Lantern Avenue. Lanterns are lanterns of different sizes, the largest of which is 12 meters and 50 kilograms, and can hang lanterns lit by 46 candles. The spectators in the parade will sing "dokkoisho" to the drums and long flutes.

Sansa Dance Festival originated from the legend of Three Stones. At the gate of Morioka, an evil spirit named Luo _ appeared. The villagers felt very painful because the evil spirits were doing evil everywhere, so they prayed to the God of Three Stones, hoping to subdue the evil spirits. The God of the Three Stones caught the evil spirits, and people who were overjoyed at containing the evil spirits danced around the three big stones. It is said that this is the origin of the three-whisper dance.
2. Activity content
The first is the Sansa Dance Parade, which usually starts at 6 pm. There will be a parade of Sansa Dancers, Sansa Taigu Team and Dance Troupe, as well as traditional Sansa dances, floats and teams that tourists can participate in.
You can also participate in the Sansa group dance that starts in front of the county government at around 8: 30 pm. The event will be held in seven locations in the venue and open to anyone.
