Every country and nation has its own unique spiritual, ideological and moral system, which is constantly developing and improving in the process of social civilization. With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous warming of economic globalization, the cultures and ideologies of all countries in the world have collided fiercely. Civilizations can only be integrated and developed through reference and dialogue, and world culture will also develop in a diversified direction. 19 19 The May 4th Movement kicked off the New Culture Movement. The first thing is Confucian culture, which represents the feudal cultural ideology. Overthrowing Kongjiadian became an anti-imperialist and anti-feudal slogan put forward by the pioneers of the New Culture Movement. The core of traditional culture in China feudal society is Confucianism. Because it met the needs of feudal society, politics and economy, it was highly praised by feudal rulers in previous dynasties and became the spiritual pillar of feudal rule. Since modern times, the feudal die-hards in China have strongly resisted the new culture by virtue of Confucian traditional moral concepts in the process of learning from the West and seeking ways to strengthen the country against aggression. Beiyang warlords even used "respecting Confucius and restoring ancient ways" to pave the way for the restoration of imperial system. Therefore, in order to oppose feudalism, they should point the finger at the "Kongjiadian" in the ideological circle. Under the historical background of saving the nation from extinction at that time, the new culture movement appeared in a distinctive anti-traditional form, starting from overthrowing the banner of Kongjiadian and criticizing Confucianism for binding people's personality and thoughts. Break through the barriers of old ideological and moral culture, break through the cultural pattern centered on feudal political and ethical order, and promote ideological freedom, spiritual independence and individual liberation. Today, we should treat Confucian culture with rational thinking and scientific attitude. Under the specific historical background, the "Down with Kongjiadian" put forward by the New Culture Movement has certain extremes and historical limitations, negating the traditional culture of China for thousands of years, giving people a new ideological shock, and at the same time generating a certain ideological crisis. Spoken Confucian is the mainstream of traditional culture in China, which runs through the long history of more than 2,000 years. From a historical point of view, it has greatly promoted social progress and development. We should inherit and develop traditional culture on the basis of criticism and remold the modern cultural system of the Chinese nation on the basis of learning from the achievements of contemporary civilization. Traditional culture is the accumulation of history and the precious wealth of the nation. Aside from this, we now regard the construction of socialist spiritual civilization as water without a source and a tree without a foundation. The "Down with Kongjiadian" of the new questioning movement is undoubtedly a specific historical product, and its historical achievements are indelible. In the process of socialist modernization, we should cherish the role of traditional culture and reasonably discard the traditional Confucian culture. Rule the country by law, rule the country by virtue and establish a new socialist value system and moral system. Following the "Chinese fever" in 1970s, in recent years, a new round of "Chinese fever" is in the ascendant around the world. Chinese seems to have broken away from the most complicated shell overnight, attracting people of all colors with its unique charm. In 2004, the State Council implemented the five-year action plan of "Chinese Bridge Project", and the China government made a systematic, innovative and world-oriented Chinese promotion plan for the first time. In this context, Confucius Institute came into being as a carrier to inherit Chinese teaching and return to the mainstream of China culture in the name of Confucius. In June 2004, the first Confucius Institute in China was established, which became a global brand and platform for spreading Korean culture and promoting Chinese teaching. As of March 2008, 238 Confucius Institutes (classrooms) have been established in 69 countries and regions around the world, which has become an important way for countries to learn China's language and culture and understand contemporary China. Its development momentum greatly exceeds that of international language communication institutions such as Cervantes College in Spain and Goethe Institute in Germany. It has been warmly welcomed by all walks of life in the local community. Confucius Institute is a non-profit educational institution jointly run by Chinese and foreign countries. Committed to meet the needs of people all over the world to learn Chinese, enhance people's understanding of China's language and culture, strengthen educational and cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries, develop friendly relations between China and foreign countries, and promote the diversified development of world culture. Cultural tradition is the spiritual carrier of a country and a nation. Protecting traditional culture and promoting excellent traditional culture are inexhaustible motive forces for national progress. In a certain historical background, we should look at traditional culture in a comparative way. During the New Culture Movement, the diplomatic difficulties within the Chinese nation were extreme and narrow, but in order to awaken people who had been imprisoned by feudal thoughts for thousands of years, we had to point the finger at the root of feudal culture-Confucian cultural system. From this perspective, "Down with Kongjiadian" does not completely deny the full historical role of Confucianism, but uses knowledge to break the spiritual shackles that bind Chinese people and advocate freedom of thought and independence of personality. Clear the way for social progress. The popularity of Confucius Institutes in the world undoubtedly benefits from the strong rise of China. Since the reform and opening up, China's socialist construction has made remarkable achievements in all aspects. The comprehensive national strength is constantly improving, the international status and influence are constantly improving, and the frequency of participating in international affairs is increasing. The extensive establishment of Confucius Institutes around the world shows that national strength determines the influence of culture. As an output of soft power, culture proves that China is playing an increasingly important role in the process of economic globalization. In recent decades, China's economic development has maintained a strong momentum and made important contributions to promoting global economic development. In 2007, China's GDP reached 24. 66 trillion yuan, ranking fourth in the world. Under the trend of economic globalization, it is unrealistic and unwise for any country to leave the global market, develop independently and develop in a closed way. Global communication and cooperation are inevitable. As a tool and cultural carrier to understand China, Chinese has been paid more and more attention, and the practical value of international communication has been continuously improved. As the mainstream of China's traditional culture, Confucian culture naturally becomes a window for foreign cultural exchanges. Named after Confucius Institute, an international Chinese language communication organization reflects the importance attached to traditional culture and the affirmation of the historical role of Confucian culture represented by Confucius. From "Down with Kongjiadian" to the extensive establishment of Confucius Institutes around the world, it shows the attitudes towards traditional culture in different periods. Chinese civilization has a long history and a splendid culture of 5,000 years, which has left us countless spiritual and cultural wealth. Today, in building a harmonious society, we should reasonably inherit and learn from traditional culture. Language is an important way of cultural communication. Only by breaking through the barriers of language and cultural differences can the economic and cultural exchanges between countries in the world reach a new height. Only in this way can the world civilization advance by leaps and bounds.
