Two, the relevant institutions shall not carry out virtual currency related business.
Financial institutions, payment institutions and other member units shall earnestly enhance their social responsibilities, and shall not use virtual currency to price products and services, underwrite insurance business related to virtual currency or include virtual currency in the scope of insurance liability, and shall not directly or indirectly provide customers with other services related to virtual currency, including but not limited to: providing customers with services related to virtual currency registration, trading, clearing and settlement; Accept virtual currency or use virtual currency as a payment and settlement tool; Carry out the exchange service between virtual currency and RMB and foreign currency; Carry out the storage, custody and mortgage business of virtual currency; Issuing financial products related to virtual currency
