Facing an idealistic boss, I regret to tell you that as an employee in Xiao Pi, there is basically nothing you can do.
The so-called idealism is actually "upper limit thinking", that is, everything should be in a perfect state, learning should be NO 1, making money should be NO 1, the house should be the largest, the car should be the best, and even the daughter-in-law should be the most beautiful, so it goes without saying.
The obvious example is Su Mingzhe in Everything is Fine two days ago. He wants to be full of everything, filial piety, harmony and friendliness, nagging "I'm disappointed in you" and "this family can't leave" all day. The consequences are obvious. People around me are under great pressure and their hair is falling out.
Obviously, you can ask this question, and 80% of you may also face this situation. The idealistic boss talks about employees to the maximum extent, so the employees are also very big, but they dare not speak and dare to get angry.
But then again, one thing must be clarified. Is it boss idealism? Or your boss's idealism?
This is a very important question!
Real "idealistic" bosses will put forward some whimsical demands, such as starting from today, everyone will work overtime to XXX, such as tripling the performance this month, such as the grain yield per mu exceeding 10 thousand Jin this year and so on. How bold and effective this kind of person is, the result will naturally be clear.
Everyone has left, leaving me alone. This is the characteristic of my previous job. Since I changed my attendance, there are only four people left in the original 16, two team leaders 1 store manager 1 secretary. . . . .
And a company that can develop well, if the boss is "idealistic", can it last long?
Of course, there is another situation, that is, layoffs in disguise. For example, in JD.COM, which made headlines a few days ago, Didi's layoffs are to make you people who can't do it resign by "idealizing" requirements, so as to achieve the purpose of layoffs.
And if you are the idealistic boss in your eyes, it is a completely different situation.
There is a saying circulating in the workplace in China: "Now all units treat women as men and men as animals." This is accurate and of course realistic. .
But what I want to say is that if you are the boss, it is probably the same.
The company is not a charity. To make a profit instead of shouting slogans, making a profit is nothing more than either opening up new sources outside to earn more money or reducing operating costs.
Therefore, cost saving is an eternal topic for an enterprise and a boss, and the specific approach is to minimize every unnecessary expense, that is, to let one person do the work of two people as much as possible, that is, to treat women as men and men as animals, and there will be no great changes in the past, present and future.
As the saying goes, "I don't know how expensive rice is unless I take care of it." Some behaviors are determined based on his position, and his ass determines his head. That's probably what happened.
Because of different positions, there will naturally be different perceptions, so this needs to be viewed objectively.
Many times, you have the strength of 8 points, but you only want to pay 6 points. You think you worked hard with 6 points, because there are still many 3 points.
In the eyes of the boss, 8 points is what you should normally do, and 10 points is what you should strive for, and the boss thinks it is necessary.
So there is a deviation and it cannot be reconciled.
Therefore, the boss has set a task of 8 points, and he thinks it is just right, and you will think it is the limit;
Set a 9-point task, which the boss thinks is to give you exercise, and you think it is deliberately making things difficult for you.
10, the boss thinks there is a chance to work hard, and you think the boss is too unrealistic and idealistic.
What can you do about this cognitive difference?
Either it really grows to 10 under heavy pressure, or it quits. Besides, what right do Pi employees have to speak?
Suppose you have survived karoshi, jumping off a building, layoffs and everything in the process of growing up and reached 10, then don't be too happy, because the next requirement of 12 will come back soon. How can you take away the benefits of being a boss?
But the advantage is that if you go to the next company at 8: 00, you will be particularly comfortable at 10.
Life in this world is a process of breaking through difficulties. Growing up is actually solving one problem after another. This hurdle is life, but it is also life if you can't get through it.
So don't worry about whether the boss is idealistic, because it doesn't make sense.
When I was young, I naturally spoke softly, and the rules were always made by powerful people. And we, the weak, either stay or go, or drift with the tide, or go upstream. What else can we do?
Change someone else! Change bosses? This is impossible.
What should we do?
Either vulgar or lonely.
If you want to be outstanding, you can't follow the crowd.
