This is my first time to participate in the research on the way to success, and I am convinced of the success equation. However, in real practice, I didn't gain much. There are still some managers in the company who don't recognize the business philosophy, which is also because I haven't publicized my own ideas enough. I learned something from the course:
1, what is the significance of the task? Through several short stories, the teacher gradually made me understand what is the mission, the story of screwing the plane, the story of doctors and the story of preschool education. Explain from the simplest things around you, and you will personally feel what the mission is and what the significance is. Mission is no longer an empty talk, a slogan, it is the meaning of our work, just like standing at a high latitude and looking at what we are doing now, we no longer feel that our work is meaningless and aimless, and we are lost in daily chores all day long.
2. The dividing point between good and evil: don't disturb others. Even though I feel that I have paid a lot all day, altruism has been practiced very well, but as soon as this easy-to-understand sentence came out, I knew, I didn't know, I didn't know. I always make a mess of my room when I stay in a hotel. When I go to a restaurant, I take up a lot of tableware. . .
3. Give nothing, but be truly grateful. Happiness comes naturally: on the other hand, I really didn't do it. This course is like looking in the mirror. I wonder what I can do. Only through this comparison can I know what I have done and what I need to do, and this is just the beginning.
4. Write the mission, vision and values of the enterprise: the teacher explains it clearly from the most basic point, illustrates it with examples, and then let us practice it again. It turned out that we always felt that these things were out of reach, but now they have infiltrated into our minds, re-brewed and re-written, which is what we and the team really realized. Our whole team is excited about it as if it were our own child.
5. Komba-Describe the Peach Blossom Garden of the enterprise: I don't even think that some of us will use Komba to discuss the Peach Blossom Garden. When several of our proposals failed, I had little hope. But in the end, everyone became more and more on the same frequency and gradually began to enter the state. Everyone has their own opinions, and we keep colliding. As a result, everyone's Peach Blossom Spring is the same. I will record our Peach Blossom Garden.
6. Grateful team link: This is the biggest "egg" we participated in this time. I am very grateful to Sheng Heshu and Hong Wei for giving our team an opportunity to demonstrate on the stage. Let me thank the team members in public with the blessings of more than 200 teachers and students. Even though I kept reminding myself not to be too emotional on stage, when I really started to express gratitude and commitment, I couldn't help sobbing and revealed my emotions! By the time I promised and entrusted every member after I stepped down, I was already crying, and the team also cried, which made this link a little emotional.
7. Vow: When we write the contents of the Peach Blossom Garden on paper, our awe makes us solemn. The whole team, Qi Xin, worked together and completed the oath in one go with the cooperation of other teams. My own fist was printed with deep nail prints, and several people had similar situations. The oath made us sweat with excitement, and it was hard to hide our excitement.
In the next 49 days of training camp, as the team leader, I will seriously follow the requirements of the training camp, listen carefully and finish my homework seriously, because I need to fight for the happy life of all employees!
