2. Click "Turn windows Firewall on or off" to turn windows Firewall on.

3. Click Advanced Settings.

4. Set the inbound rules (inbound rules: other people's computers access their own computers; Outbound rule: your own computer accesses other people's computers), and click "New Rule".

5. Click Port, and then click Next.

6. Select the corresponding protocol, such as adding 8080 port, selecting TCP, and entering 8080 in the local port.

Select Allow Connection, and then click Next.

7. Select Domain, Private and Company, and then click Next.

9. Enter the port name and click Finish.
