Feng Jia Village, Yongxiang Township, Luochuan County. Luochuan meeting site is the place where the enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee is held. The meeting was held in Luochuan, which was called Luochuan Meeting in history. The meeting was held on August 25th. 1937.

Luochuan conference site was originally a two-hole brick kiln in the primary school yard. The kiln head faces south, and a hole in the west is the conference room. In the middle is a conference table, which consists of two square tables and two desks, surrounded by two long wooden benches and five square wooden benches. On the wall hung the propaganda and agitation outline of "Mobilizing All Forces to Fight for the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War" written by Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China. A hole in the east is the former residence of * * * at the meeting. There is a 1 fire kang in this cave with simple bedding on it, and there are wooden tables and chairs in the office at the north end of the kang. In addition, there is a mulberry tree and some flowers and trees in the yard.

The Luochuan meeting was presided over by * *, which adopted the decision of the * * Central Committee on the current situation and the party's tasks, and also adopted the ten-point program for resisting Japan and saving the nation. The basic contents of these ten programs are:

1. Down with Japanese imperialism; 2. National military mobilization;

3. National people's mobilization; 4. Reform political institutions;

5. Carry out the foreign policy of resisting Japan; 6. Implement wartime fiscal policy;

7. improve people's lives; 8. Implement the policy of anti-Japanese education;

9. Eliminate traitors, traitors and pro-Japanese factions; 10. Establish national unity to resist Japan.

The meeting also decided to carry out independent guerrilla warfare behind enemy lines, establish anti-Japanese base areas behind enemy lines, and carry out anti-Japanese mass movements in all Kuomintang-controlled areas. The meeting decided to strive for the political and economic rights of the people of the whole country on the premise that it is conducive to mobilizing the people of the whole country to participate in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, and decided to reduce rent and interest as the basic policy to solve rural problems during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period. This meeting is a historic and crucial meeting that concerns the life and death of the Chinese nation and guides the Chinese nation to the road of victory in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.

The former site of Luochuan Conference is a national key cultural relic protection unit.
