A few days ago, the school held a conference on ideological education for young teachers. For young me, it is very touching. Even if I can say with confidence that I have been working for nearly four years, I have been growing steadily.
However, this meeting deeply shocked my heart. It turns out that all I do is my job. How can I do my duty? I hope that from now on, I will have the "Yellow River Spirit" in my heart and be strict with myself with the "Four Divisions" as the standard.
One: Have ideals and beliefs.
When it comes to having ideals and beliefs, I have to think: What is my ideal? What did you do for your ideal? Is my ideal still there after work?
I have loved education since I was a child, and I have wanted to be a teacher since the first or second grade of primary school. At that time, I only thought that the pointer in the teacher's hand was the best. The more I grow up, the more deeply I feel that the teacher who stands on the podium every day is the most knowledgeable person, and how enviable it is to be professionally taught. So, I looked for such a voice and began to go all the way to education. Fortunately, I graduated smoothly and went to work in education, just like a small fish being put back into the water, very happy!
Or because I have done something I like, I have great courage to face little by little difficulties. But after listening to the stories of my colleagues, I can't help but sigh that I am really small in this environment. Being a teacher and down-to-earth is just the basic requirement of work. I want to have higher ideals and beliefs, accumulate experience in daily teaching, improve myself from a good class, make my ideals higher than reality, and then shine into reality.
Again: Have moral sentiments?
The core of teachers' morality is nothing more than "loving their posts and being dedicated, teaching and educating people".
Teachers should be careful and special students should be treated specially; Study hard, read widely, be modest and prudent; For students in ordinary classes, there should be a feeling that "students abuse me a thousand times, and I treat students like first love". I think, with this sentiment, we will have a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. And this, isn't it important to stand firm on the podium?
Three things: solid knowledge.
The so-called solid knowledge, I think at least you should be familiar with the curriculum standards and syllabus, and secondly you should have a skill.
And young me, perhaps what I lack most is to present what I have learned in class easily. From here on, I will study textbooks and exam outlines in a down-to-earth manner and form my own systematic understanding of Chinese subjects in my mind. Listen to colleagues' classes more every day, learn their grasp of the classroom structure, deal with the key points of knowledge, and learn their practice of expanding and extending.
Students must be lucky to meet a knowledgeable teacher. I think I should try my best to pass this luck on to the children.
There are four things: kindness.
Where does the teacher's professionalism come from? Where does the teacher's professionalism come from? Where does the teacher's persistence come from? Everything comes from love, and it must be love This kind of love is not a slogan, but an action! With this awareness, I want to be a thoughtful, warm, talented teacher that students like, and more importantly, a teacher with stories.
When I settle down and work seriously, I don't forget to make friends with books in my spare time, take pleasure in accompanying my son, do what I want to do but dare not, and urge myself to persevere. Then, I think I have the ability to realize my dream.
From now on, I will live up to my youth, my heart and my dream!
