1. Loan City Provident Fund Center accepts the consultation of employees' loan business in different places, and informs them of the materials needed for loan review at one time;
2 employees themselves or their clients apply to the municipal provident fund deposit center, and the municipal provident fund deposit center verifies the loans paid by employees according to their applications. For the paid employees who have not used the housing provident fund personal housing loan or whose first housing provident fund personal housing loan has been settled, they shall issue certificates of deposit and use of the housing provident fund for employees who have borrowed from other places;
3. After accepting the employee's application for off-site loan, the loan city provident fund center shall verify the authenticity and completeness of the information in the Certificate of Deposit and Use of Housing Provident Fund for Employees with Off-site Loan to the deposit city provident fund center. If the verification is correct, the loan approval procedures shall be fulfilled within the prescribed time limit, and the results shall be fed back to the Municipal Provident Fund Center. Deposited to the city provident fund center to identify employees' loans in different places, and establish a detailed account of employees' loans in different places;
4. During the loan repayment period, if the individual account of the housing provident fund is transferred, the original deposit city provident fund center shall promptly inform the loan city provident fund center and transfer it to the city provident fund center. Transferred to the city provident fund center should be re-identified and recorded in a timely manner after receiving the employee housing provident fund account;
In loans overdue, the deposit city provident fund center should cooperate with the loan city provident fund center to carry out loan collection and other work. According to the loan contract, the balance in the loan employee's provident fund account can be used to deduct the repayment.
Materials required for applying for provident fund loans:
1. Commercial housing sales contract;
2. Identity cards, household registration books and proof of marital status of the applicant and spouse;
3. Work certificate and bank flow;
4. Down payment document (1 original inspection);
5 provident fund deposit certificate (or housing provident fund card);
6. Evaluation report of the purchased house;
7. Purchase contract signed by the buyer and the seller;
8. Real estate license and state-owned land use certificate under the name of the original seller (original and photocopy).
