So we must abide by the rules and avoid risks.
Our enterprise advocates compliance culture, which requires us to abide by laws and regulations and avoid risks. Humble opinion: Compliance means observing norms, including large and small rules and regulations and rule order. When crossing the road, "obeying" the red light and stopping at the green light is obeying. In accounting work, operating according to the rules is compliance, and due diligence is compliance. Accounting is a basic work of the banking industry and plays an important role in the operation, accounting and management of banks. This requires us to pay attention to risk prevention and establish the concept of compliance in accounting work. For our financial industry, especially the front desk service window, risks are everywhere, so we need to be cautious and need a pair of critical eyes at all times. Compliance culture means demanding high-quality services. For example, at work, customers with incomplete account opening information often ask to open an account, customers who withdraw cash illegally want to withdraw cash, and customers with incomplete bill elements have to settle accounts. At this time, our staff should be more principled in their service, and they should not deviate from the rules and regulations for one-sided pursuit of economic interests, let alone violate the rules and regulations because of the feelings of relatives and friends.
