Linhai City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province, which is hosted by Taizhou City and located on the eastern coast of Zhejiang Province. It is the sub-central city of Taizhou. It is located between 28 40' ~ 29 04' north latitude and120 49' ~121'east longitude, with a land area of 225 1 km2 and a sea area of/kloc-. Linhai highway

Shenhai Expressway (G 15), Jintai Expressway (S28), 104 National Highway, 228 National Highway, 35 1 National Highway, Yongtaiwen Expressway Double Line, 2 14 Provincial Highway, 322 Provincial Highway, 225 Provincial Highway and 327 Provincial Highway run through the whole area. Rural roads have fully achieved "Grade Highway Access Rate" and "Highway Hardening Rate" of two 100%, and the paving rate of advanced pavement has reached 100%. The "half-hour traffic circle" in the city is taking shape.

Linhai Passenger Transport Center is located at Linhai Avenue (middle) 19 19, Dayang Street, Linhai City. The first phase of the comprehensive building of Linhai Bus Terminal is planned and constructed according to the national first-class passenger terminal standard, which can meet the demand of sending 40,000 passengers during peak hours. It is a comprehensive highway transportation hub integrating automobile passenger transport, short-distance rural passenger transport, long-distance passenger transport, tourist passenger transport and taxi service.
