Reformists, one of the political factions in China, were active in the 1990s from 65438 to 2009. The reform movement led by Kang Youwei, Yan Fu, Liang Qichao and Tan Sitong rose.

It was named after the Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, which was severely stimulated by the national crisis and advocated reform, national salvation and national rejuvenation. They advocated a new culture and changed absolute monarchy into constitutional monarchy. Actively engaged in theoretical propaganda and organizational activities of political reform, and successively set up strong societies, current affairs schools and southern societies in Beijing, Shanghai, Hunan and other places.
