Alignment is the principle, deviation is the real life. This is a profound truth. Just like the army, no matter how good the army is, it often calls for conformity, every moment of every day. Of course, it is easier for the whole team to form an alliance, because it is physical, so it is not so easy to form an ideological and political alliance. If there is deviation, it is called alignment.

Only by constantly calling for alignment can we always be alert, correct mistakes in time, and always maintain a neat and high-spirited state of endeavor and correct mistakes. In principle, we should respect good people. Deviation is normal. In fact, each of us is an independent individual and has our own ideas. It is possible to do things with deviation, but we should face up to this mistake.

Consistency consciousness:

The sense of conformity also belongs to the concept of the Party and party member consciousness, and its connotation is that the whole Party should maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in ideological and political actions.

First, the "Four Directions" put forward by the National Party School Work Conference: "To be in line with the CPC Central Committee, to be in line with the party's theory, line, principles and policies, to be in line with the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third, Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and to be in line with the CPC Central Committee's decision-making arrangements for reform, development and stability, internal affairs, foreign affairs and national defense, and governing the party, state and army."

Second, the General Office of the Central Committee put forward the "two orientations" in the "two studies and one doing" education program: it emphasizes that to be a qualified party member, we must firmly and consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the general secretary, always take the initiative to align with the CPC Central Committee, with the party's theory, line, principles and policies, and be politically savvy.

Third, the formulation of the Guidelines adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is "three orientations": Party organizations at all levels, all party member, especially senior cadres, should be in line with the CPC Central Committee, with the Party's theory, line, principles and policies, and with the CPC Central Committee's decision-making and deployment.

These three formulations are identical in spirit. Among them, aligning with the Party Central Committee, aligning with the Party's theory, line, principles and policies, and aligning with the Party Central Committee's decision-making and deployment are basic requirements and universal principles, which are applicable at any time.

It is in line with the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the 3rd, 4th and 5th Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and the specific requirements of the CPC Central Committee on reform, development and stability, internal affairs, foreign affairs and national defense, and the decision-making and deployment of the Party, the country and the army. At present, we should focus on targeted alignment to avoid slogan and abstraction of alignment consciousness. Therefore, both of them have universality and particularity, and particularity includes universality.
