Article 67 Pedestrians, non-motor vehicles, tractors, wheeled special-purpose mechanical vehicles, articulated buses, all-trailer trucks and other motor vehicles with a designed maximum speed of less than 70 kilometers per hour are not allowed to enter the expressway. Article 69. Except when the people's police of public security organs perform emergency tasks according to law, no unit or individual may intercept or check the moving vehicles on the expressway.
