Xixi Wetland Free Zone10 From June 29th, Xixi Wetland Green Embankment will be open to citizens and tourists free of charge.
In the future, citizens and tourists can go directly to Fudi and the newly opened green embankment from the east gate and north gate of Xixi Wetland and the entrance and exit of Xixi Paradise.
Green dike is one of the "three dikes" of Xixi Wetland, with a total length of 1.600 meters and a width of 7 meters. It runs through Xixi Wetland Core Reserve, stringing together Wetland Ecological Botanical Garden and major research projects of wetland ecology from west to east.
Prior to this, the areas where Xixi Wetland has been opened for free include Fudi, Xixi Sculpture Garden, the Lotus Beach section from Gaozhuang to Xixi Paradise and some areas of Hongyuan Garden.
After the green embankment was opened, the free area of Xixi increased from 2 square kilometers to 5.79 square kilometers, and the green road around Xixi reached 9.2 kilometers.
Xixi Wetland Tour Route 1 and Xixi Wetland Hongyuan Paddle Boat (1) are recommended. Regular route: boating to visit wetland scenery and special scenic spots.
