Bidding requirements

The collection of works should closely follow the development orientation of "world famous tourist city, clean energy capital, Yangtze River throat hub, fine phosphating center, Three Gorges ecological barrier and civilized model city" proposed by Yichang City, highlight Yichang's urban characteristics, industrial characteristics, historical and cultural essence, reflect the characteristics of the times and highlight Yichang's spiritual outlook.
