By 2022, the economy will maintain medium and high-speed growth, the average annual growth rate of regional GDP will reach the national average level, the income of urban and rural residents will increase simultaneously with economic development, and a new path of comprehensive revitalization and development with higher quality, better efficiency, better structure and full release of advantages will be taken.
