After listening to wise EQ 15, I feel that children's EQ is greatly influenced by their parents. If parents are considerate and caring for their children, their children will be more outgoing and have higher emotional intelligence. Nowadays, many educational institutions offer EQ courses. In fact, I think EQ is not learned, but practiced in interpersonal communication.
