The 24th Winter Olympic Games

The 24th Winter Olympic Games, namely the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, is scheduled to open on Friday, February 4th, 2022 and close on Sunday, February 20th.

Beijing Division undertakes all ice events. Yanqing Division undertakes snowmobile, sleigh and alpine skiing projects. Chongli District of Zhangjiakou Division undertakes all snow projects except snowmobile, sleigh and alpine skiing.

On 20021September 17, Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics released the theme slogan "Join hands in the future". The mascot of Beijing Winter Olympics is named "Ice Shield" and the mascot of Winter Paralympics is "Edelweiss".
