3. Persons who have been found to have serious violations of recruitment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and the open recruitment examination of public institutions within five years;

Registration time, method and requirements
(1) Time and place of registration
The transfer registration is organized and implemented by the applicant's unit.

1. 5. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of this selection. The information and related materials submitted by the applicants at the time of registration must be true and valid, and a letter of commitment of good faith should be signed at the time of registration. This selection examination is conducted by written examination, and all applicants who pass the qualification examination participate in the written examination. The written test adopts the methods of closed book, unified proposition, unified organization and unified grading, and the full score of the test paper is 100. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination will take the written test at the designated place with their valid resident ID card and written test admission ticket.
(1) Examination time: The written examination will be held as scheduled according to the epidemic situation, and the specific written examination time, place and related work arrangements will be announced on the website of the County People's Social Security Bureau.
(2) Examination content: The examination content is the subject of "Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs", which mainly includes: politics, law, management, current affairs politics, and management of public institutions.

Post-selection
The job selection work is led by the office of the leading group for grassroots governance under the leadership of the Party building in Xinxian County, and the organization department of the county party committee, the editorial office of the county party committee and the county people's social security bureau jointly formulate the job selection implementation plan and organize its implementation.
According to the examination results, according to the ratio of the number of people to be transferred in each township (district, street) 1: 1, the number of people to be transferred is determined from high score to low score, and the people to be transferred in each township (district, street) are classified and selected according to factors such as the number of people to be transferred, age level and so on. Publicity and selection
According to the examination results and post selection results, the personnel to be transferred shall be determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the town (district, street). In order to improve the grass-roots working ability and professional level of selected personnel, pre-job training for newly selected personnel is jointly organized and implemented by the organization department of the county party Committee, the editorial office of the county party Committee and the county people's social security bureau. After the pre-job training, the newly selected personnel must report to the township (district, street) within five working days. Treatment and management
In the first year of work in villages and towns (districts, streets), the personnel relationship is kept in the original unit, and the funds are included in the full financial budget management, and they can enjoy the subsidies for township work (except Xinji Town, Xiangshan Lake Management Zone and Jinlanshan Sub-district Office), and the daily management is undertaken by the villages and towns (districts, streets).
