"Shambhala" is a transliteration of Tibetan, which is also translated as "Shangri-La", meaning "the ultimate paradise". It is the mythical world mentioned by Buddhism and the birthplace of Buddhism. The Buddhist community believes that Shambhala is a fictional paradise and an ideal pure land for Tibetan Buddhists, namely "Elysium" and "Wonderland on Earth".
Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, located in the south of Gansu Province in China, is one of the ten Tibetan autonomous prefectures in China. The Yellow River flowing through Gannan has given Gannan a vast and magnificent land connected by water and sky. Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, located in the south of Gansu, is one of the ten Tibetan autonomous prefectures in China. "Great Gannan" is based on Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and spans Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan provinces, with many wonderful landscapes strung together along the way.
