The Royal Wharf Service Area is built in the ancient Royal Wharf in Lao Fen Bay. The rafting dock was built in the form of a scenic spot, which was not only a rafting dock, but also a scenic spot of the emperor dock in Han Dynasty. The dock was built at the end of the Western Han Dynasty, Wang Mang usurped the throne, Liu Xiufu was defeated by the Hutuo River, and the dock was built across the Hutuo River, which made the Eastern Han Dynasty a success. There is a pier here, which is called the Royal Pier by the people. Later, people used this dock to ferry for nearly two thousand years. It was not until the early 1970s that the modern expressway was built and the ferry terminal was abandoned.
Using the former site of Royal Wharf to build a new rafting wharf is not only the need of Hutuo River rafting project, but also the need of restoring historic sites. The pier was rebuilt with a 4.2-meter stone tablet, with the words "Royal Pier" on the front and "Royal Pier" on the back: "Hutuo River, 200 miles east of Binzhou, two mountains and one valley, sparkling and neon. " The inscription concisely records the origin and reconstruction process of the Imperial Wharf.
The wooden archway of "HTH" (Hutuo River) was built at the drift entrance of the Royal Wharf Scenic Area, and a large stone carving of "Hutuo River Drifting" was shaped on the other side of the river, which is isomorphic with the stone tablet of the Royal Wharf, forming a historical, cultural, natural and lakeside scenic area with historical and cultural connotations. Visitors will start from the water entrance of the Royal Pier Scenic Area and merge into the 10 km long drifting scenic area to enjoy the excitement brought by the rapids and the happiness brought by the infinite scenery. In addition to the Royal Pier Scenic Area, there are natural and cultural attractions such as Yangma Mountain, Peng Zhen Canal, Longtan Bay, Shuiliu Monument, Jiang Xindao, Diving Cliff, Shi Jia Temple, Xue Pinggui Temple, Wangsan Street Cold Kiln, Hongyan Ridge and Hot Spring Scenic Area, which constitute the nine songs and twelve scenic spots of Hutuo River drifting.
2. Yangmashan
It is the highest peak of the Hutuo River drifting area, and the Hutuo River forms rapids, winding rivers, still lakes and islands with a distance of 10 kilometers in the rivers around the foot of the mountain. There used to be a turret on the top of the mountain where the Japanese army invaded China. The Japanese army left evidence of aggression against China here, and Yangmashan was also a witness of Hutuo River's children's resistance to Japan.
3. Peng Zhenqu
Located on the north bank of Hutuo River, it winds in the whole drifting area. The canal was originally a small canal with a total length of only 5 Li, which was built by Caijiaping, Aotou and Duzikou during Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty. 194 1 year, Comrade Peng Zhen, then secretary of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Branch of the Central Committee, was concerned about the sufferings of the masses and personally approved and allocated 3,000 Jin of millet to six villages including Liangjiazhai to finance the expansion. 1May, 945, Peng Zhen Canal was completed, with the total length from Caijiaping to Shahutan Village12.5km.. The whole line was connected with water, which irrigated 48 square kilometers of farmland and solved the drinking water problem of tens of thousands of people. 1963, extending to Heping Village Temple. In order to express the local people's gratitude to Comrade Peng Zhen and the border government, the canal was named "Peng Zhen Canal" with the approval of the anti-Japanese democratic government. 1987, Yuxian government designated the Peng Zhen Canal as the first batch of key cultural relics protection units at the county level. This canal is not only the largest water conservancy project in Yuxian during War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's period, but also a vivid teaching material for educating the broad masses of people on revolutionary traditions.
4. Longtan Bay
This is a scenic spot composed of rapids, still water and Jiang Xindao. It is named after the white dragon in the pool waiting for the Hutuo River to benefit the local people. The cliffs here are high, the mountains are dangerous, the water is slow and steep, and the surrounding scenery is charming. Hutuo River turns from this pool and flows down rapidly, forming one of the most ornamental and experiential sections in the drifting area.
5. Jiang Xindao
There are two drifting areas in Jiang Xindao, the big island 1.2 square kilometers and the small island's 0.8 square kilometers. Drifting around the island forms an annular drifting river with bifurcated entrance, which is very interesting for the entertainment and competition of group rafting activities. After building pavilions, tents, barbecues, bonfires and other entertainment projects on the island, two excellent night entertainment places will be formed.
6. Water flows north
Bypass Longtan Bay and Jiang Xindao and enter another torrent under the torrent. The river channel here is the only "water flowing north" landscape in the whole reach of Hutuo River, because the mountain flows from south to north. For thousands of years, there has been a folk legend: from ancient times to now, there are countless celebrities and righteous men along the Hutuo River, and there have been many touching true stories, such as Liang Gelao in two villages, Xue Pinggui in Hongyan Ridge, and Han Jinshi in Shi Niu. Liu Xiu crossed the river to be the king, and Cui, Liang and Han immigrated here from the early Ming Dynasty because the Hutuo River was here.

Laoxiwo reach, located in Dacuijiazhuang, is the exit for tourists drifting on Hutuo River. The diving cliff is10m high and 3m low. Around the diving cliff, a 10m platform and a 3m platform will be built, and a diving service area will be built to form a unique diving entertainment area in the scenic spot.
8. Hongyanling
Hongyan Ridge is the place where Xue Pinggui and Wang Baochuan Hongyan published their books. Opposite the ridge is the former site of Wang Baochuan Cold Kiln, and Xue Pinggui Temple is planned to be built in Dacuijiazhuang. Around Hongyan Mountain, a love story scenic spot of Xue Pinggui and Wang Baochuan will be formed, which will enrich the amusement content in the drifting area.
9. Shi Jia Temple
It is the lower hall of Nanshan Temple in Wutai Mountain, which was built in the Tang Dynasty. There are 3 buildings in Tang Dynasty, 6 buildings in Song Dynasty and 14 buildings in Ming Dynasty. The Ming Dynasty murals in the main hall have high artistic value. In recent years, incense has flourished here, and the temple fair on April 18 of the lunar calendar is well known. Drifting under the pier service area is 500 meters away from Shi Jia Temple, which is another good place for tourists to drift on water.
10, Hot Spring Resort
It is the most valuable scenic spot in the Hutuo River Basin. Governments at all levels have made many arguments about this scenic spot, so I won't go into details here.
