Yes Qin and Han New Town is an ecological residential area with 85% urban sites and parks. It is also a highly concentrated area of Xixian high-end plate, belonging to the rich area. Qin and Han New Town is located in the geometric center of Xixian New Area, which is the core area of five functional groups in Xixian New Area. The planned total area is 302 square kilometers, including 50 square kilometers of construction land and 104 square kilometers of site protection area.
