Its root lies in my subjective laziness, lack of enterprising spirit and objective lack of theoretical literacy.

My business needs to be improved. I have been teaching mechanical and electrical courses for many years. Although there are many kinds of disciplines, the graduation time is long and the knowledge system is aging, which can't keep up with the times. Its root is ideological rigidity.

3, teaching and research efforts are not enough, only pay attention to our school's usual classroom teaching, attend lectures and evaluate lessons, do not sum up teaching experience, rarely write teaching and research papers, just a frog in the well, not out of learning, because the teaching task is heavy, the time is short, the writing level is low, and it is not good at accumulation.
