Take qq as an example. The receiving server is imap.qq.com and the sending server is smtp.qq.com, as shown below:

Operating environment: Dell computer, win 10, QQ mailbox 5.2.3.0.

1. Enable IMAP service in mailbox. Create a new QQ email account in the email, and click "Manual Setup" to enter the manual setup page. In the settings of the receiving server, select "IMAP" as the account type and imap.qq.com as the receiving server.

2. Then, enter the settings of the outgoing mail server, enter smtp.qq.com as the "outgoing mail server", and click "Continue" to successfully establish an IMAP account.

3. Select the newly added account in the "Mail" navigation bar, right-click the menu, enter the account editing page, enter the "Advanced" tab page, change the IMAP port to 143 and the port to 993, and save the configuration successfully.
