1, LWP oil net dust filter can be installed horizontally or vertically; It can be installed in the ventilation duct or in the dust filter room. 2. During installation, the macroporous mesh layer should be placed on the air inlet side.

A differential pressure measuring tube should be set before and after the dust filter, and a micro-pressure gauge should be connected to measure the differential pressure (i.e. its resistance) before and after the dust filter. 4. When transporting and cleaning the dust filter net, it is not allowed to overstock and knock against the net layer, so as to avoid the deformation of the net affecting the use.
5. During normal maintenance, the metal mesh should be cleaned and oiled regularly (at least once a year) according to the usage. The method is as follows: firstly, remove the metal mesh of the inner frame of the iron shell, wash off the oil stain with an aqueous solution containing 10% alkali and the water temperature is 60-70℃, then rinse it with clean water and dry it, then put it into the inner frame in turn, and then soak it in viscous oil (20# or 65438).
