Sina Podcast Channel has a grassroots news page. This column is basically published once a day, with each issue lasting more than ten minutes. The first video was released on June 8, 201/kloc-0. The video was called "Li Xinyi, a grassroots dancer in Henan". Opening the video, no matter from the subtitle or the background setting, is imitating CCTV's "News Network", and there is a subtitle introduction of the news submission mailbox at the beginning.

Then two hosts, a man and a woman, appeared. They all dressed up as farmers. The female caller is "Chili". Although she is wearing a suit, her hairstyle, face and overall dress are still funny. The male caller is "Banlangen" and dressed as a farmer. The anchor desk in front of the host is an old-fashioned table with a wall in the background. The wall has fallen off a lot, and a pair of lanterns are hung on the wall, which is full of local flavor.

The two hosts spoke the slogan of the program in Mandarin with a Henan accent: "Grassroots stage, show your wonderful." They explained the program concept of grassroots news to the audience-mainly reporting some folk culture, folk "grassroots celebrities" and some domestic social news that traditional media did not pay much attention to.
