Taian special vehicle belongs to the First Hospital of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. It is a state-owned enterprise designated by the state to produce special vehicles and designated by the National Defense Science and Technology Bureau and the Equipment Development Department of the Military Commission to produce military special vehicles. State-owned enterprises refer to state-owned enterprises, which are authorized by the state to invest and directly managed by the central government. Therefore, Taian special purpose vehicle is a pure state-owned enterprise.
