The three studies are: learning theory, learning business and learning scientific and cultural knowledge. There are four links, namely: Party committee members contact 1-2 party branches, party branch members contact 1-2 party groups, each party member contact 1-5 workers and the masses, and each party member contact 1 party activists. The five struggles are: to be a pioneer in promoting the development of enterprises, to be a guardian of safe production, to be a model in creating jobs, to be an expert in technological innovation, and to be a warrior in overcoming difficulties. ?
