Taking Word 2007 as an example, this paper introduces how to make a template including header, footer and watermark. The header contains company logo picture and company website, the footer contains company slogan and page number, and the watermark contains company logo.
1, header.
(1) Open a new document and double-click the blank area at the top of the page to enter the header and footer editing view. Generally speaking, the header section has a bottom border;
(2) Enter the company website, and click right alignment;
(3) Click the menu: Insert-Picture, insert the company Logo, adjust the picture to a suitable size, select the picture, right click: text surrounds-floats above the text, drag the picture to the left, and the header is finished.
2. Footer.
(1) Click the menu: Header and Footer Tool-Design-Go to Footer;
(2) Insert a table with column 2 of 1 and enter the company slogan in the first cell;
(3) Position the cursor in the second box and click the menu: Header and Footer Tool-Design-Page Number-Current Position-X/Y-Display Numbers in Bold, and align them to the right;
(4) Set the border of this table, leaving only the top border. When the footer is finished, close the header and footer tools and switch back to page editing view.
3. Watermark.
(1) Click the menu: Page Layout-Watermark-Custom Watermark;
(2) Click "Image Watermark" to insert the company Logo image, and click OK to complete the watermark production. (If you want the watermark not to be centered, you can make a Logo image that is not centered before inserting it. )
