Holding a lesson preparation contest is an important measure for Hunan Provincial Department of Education to implement "Teachers' Digital Literacy Standards" and deepen the implementation of the national education digitalization strategy.
The contest has been held since 20 16, and this year is the eighth. The theme of this competition is to improve teachers' digital literacy and promote the reform of teaching methods.
There are three main characteristics of this lesson preparation competition: First, the competition is wide, and all full-time teachers in primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) in the province can participate. Competition subjects include five areas of kindergarten, primary school 15, junior high school 18 and senior high school 18; Second, the team participates in the competition. The number of participants in each team is not less than 3 and not more than 5, aiming at giving full play to collective wisdom, studying hard and preparing lessons with the highest quality.
Third, hold online competitions. Teachers' registration, submission of works, publicity of selection and release of results are all completed online, which not only saves time and labor costs, but also ensures the fairness and justice of the competition.
It is understood that compared with previous years, this year's competition has three highlights: First, the organization and leadership are more powerful. The Provincial Department of Education has set up an organizing committee, which is composed of leaders in charge of committee offices, teachers' offices and provincial primary and secondary school teachers' development centers. It is responsible for organizing the contest, and Hunan Education Audio-visual Electronic Publishing House provides platform technical support.
Second, the guidance is stricter. The primary election in counties and districts clearly requires that the teacher's morality and style, the orientation and originality of the entries be reviewed to ensure the implementation of the fundamental task of Lide Shu Ren; Third, the content of the competition is more abundant. In addition to the classroom record, I submitted the lecture video for the first time.
The contest lasted from July 2023 to June 65438+February, and the first, second and third prizes were awarded through the processes of registration, submission of works, county and district selection, city and state selection and provincial evaluation.
Five basic elements of preparing lessons
The five basic links of regular teaching include preparing lessons, attending lectures, correcting homework, tutoring and checking and evaluating students' academic performance.
Lesson preparation is a teacher's preparation before class and a teaching plan. The main contents include making teaching plans; Classroom is the central link in the teaching process, so we should pay attention to the requirements of clear objectives, correct content, proper methods and clear expression. Homework correction is an extension of classroom teaching, which should be completed in a timely and standardized manner; Counseling is an education aimed at students' individual needs, which can be carried out in class or after class.
