1, the rural education level is low. Undeniably, the teaching environment in rural areas is poor and the treatment of teachers is not very good. It is difficult to retain existing excellent teachers and attract more new teachers to join. The direct consequence of poor teaching may be poor learning, and if you don't learn well, you may not want to learn.
2. Insufficient or missing family education. Many rural children's parents work outside the home, and family education is replaced by grandparents or other relatives. They have complicated things to deal with, they have to take care of their children, and it is difficult to achieve good results in after-school counseling. Children can't learn well in class, and no one teaches them after class, so naturally they don't want to learn.
3. Cultural factors. Most rural people only recognize famous schools, and other schools are basically unnecessary. Therefore, children with high grades will be praised, and children with average or poor grades may make them give up prematurely.
4. Policy. Although compulsory education is universal, there is not enough guidance for those students who cannot enter high school or university. In fact, they can be guided to learn a skill instead of going out to work without knowing anything, so the cost of trial and error is too high, and many people may never break through their own direction.
These are some personal opinions, which have caused the present situation. The reason is of course very complicated. Welcome to correct and supplement.
